A Fresh Fit9 photos Bathroom remodel on the 1st floor unit of a late 1800's Victorian home. Exiting vanity and toilet were located where shower now resides. Relocating plumbing fixtures for better flow and more space and painting the walls in a deep navy expanded the space. Bathroom is located off of the kitchen and therefore we carried the flooring into the room also to help visually expand the space.
Beach Side Loft8 photos Commercial space turned vacation rental steps from Easton's Beach in Middletown, RI. All soft furniture and accessories were procured by 2Hands Studio with a small budget and tight deadline. Many wood pieces were sourced from antique and thrift shops, and then painted to achieve a fresh contemporary vibe. Considering the weekly rental clientele, durability was a major deciding factor for all items sourced and installed. Delightful Den42 photos Renovation of the first floor of a 1980's raised ranch, designed to create a multi-use space for family and friends to gather, relax, study and rest. Living area featured an existing mini bar from the previous owners that was reworked to create a self-serve buffet for entertaining, complete with wine fridge ;)
The usual 'under the stair' closet created by every raised ranch split-level entry, was cut back into and used to create a quite study and craft area for the families daughter. This room features two chalkboard paint walls and one accent wall of pink! Picked-out by the end user herself, of course.
Full guest bathroom was renovated, adding a curb-less shower for friends and family to comfortably stay downstairs on the pull-out sofa when needed.
Ship-lap, built-in millwork and custom walnut dining table and counters complete he coastal contemporary vibe for a cozy year round entertainment hub.
